5. Reporting Concerns

Any individual who believes they have experienced discrimination, harassment, or inequitable treatment is encouraged to report their concerns.

All reports will be taken seriously and addressed in alignment with organizational policies, including the Whistleblower Policy.

6. Non-Retaliation

Mothers of the Mycelium strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation in good faith.

7. Compliance with Laws

This policy is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws and regulations.

8. Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have received and understand the Non-Discrimination Policy for Mothers of the Mycelium and agree to uphold its principles.
